Relating Positively With Your Coworkers
You should be able to deal with your problem coworker or boss. To do this, start asking yourself what your goals are. What benefits would you derive from relating positively with your coworkers - be it your boss or others?
It requires utilizing your emotional competencies or EQ (emotional intelligence), win-win negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Assess yourself first and be very honest. If you start to accept that you might have certain attitudes and behaviors that may have ticked off your coworkers, you are being proactive in initiating changes within. Who knows your actions may also lead another coworker to change?
Here is a poem which I dedicate to some people I know who are struggling to come to work everyday because of negative relationships with coworkers.

to receive all that is available.
Your receiving is up to you and comes
with the power and abundance of your "Yes!"
In the mind, it has seemed difficult, complex.
Let it be easy. It is already simple.
Love again and again with all your heart
Loving is making room for the unloved
to move out of its frozen place.
Loving is allowing so called mistakes
and holding attention on intention.
Loving results in feeling O.K. about asking for help.
Forgive with the same conviction and fullness
with which you may have resisted love.
Start with yourself. You are at the top of the list
of those who benefit most from your forgiveness.
Look for and find many things
to be thankful for each day.
Live as your Self, genuinely...
